If you have ever been to the Former JCube Shopping Centre, you will know how busy it can be. This upscale mall is open everyday from 10am to 10pm and features a number of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It is also home to Singapore’s first Olympic-size ice rink and IMAX theatre. Formerly the Jurong Entertainment Centre, JCube opened in 2006.
Capitaland Jurong East Central Condo
Former JCube Shopping Centre Capitaland Jurong East Central Condo is an exciting new condo development in Jurong East. This new mixed-use development features a state-of-the-art IMAX theatre and an Olympic-size ice rink. It is located on the site of the former Jurong Entertainment Centre.

Johor Bahru City Square
The Johor Bahru City Square building is a mixed use development consisting of a mall and an office block. The building was constructed in 1994, and is located in the heart of the city. The Furniture Mall is located near Toh Guan Road, near various public transportation hubs and the Central Business District. It is also within easy reach of the Pan Island Expressway and the Ayer Rajah Expressway, which connect to the main destinations in the city.
JCube

The URA has recently published a proposed amendment to the masterplan for the JCube Shopping Centre. The new masterplan could convert the land into a primarily residential development with commercial spaces located on the first storey. CapitaLand Development, which bought the JCube shopping centre from CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust, plans to develop the former mall site into a mixed-use development with a higher floor-to-plot ratio.
Assuming the project goes ahead, JCube should see a rise in property prices in the coming years. In addition to the mixed-use development of the former JCube Shopping Centre, a booming e-commerce sector is driving suburban residents to seek out more housing options.
